Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to inform the company that he withdraws from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods, without having to give a reason for his decision. At BESPOKE HOME, we offer an additional satisfaction guarantee and offer our customers a 30-day return period. The deadline begins one day after the date of receipt of the goods.
The only cost related to withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. If a discount promotional code was used when placing the order, the discount will be returned to the consumer in the form of a new promotional code in the event of withdrawal from the contract.
The refund of the purchase price can be withheld until we receive the returned goods and determine that the product has been returned undamaged and properly returned (in the original packaging with all the documents that accompany the product).
Exchange or return process:
- Inform us of withdrawal from the contract at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your personal information (personal name, contact information, account number and amount) together with the resignation statement.
- Our customer service team will verify your claim and provide instructions for the return process, either in person or by mail.
- Returned products must arrive in their original packaging and undamaged.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive an e-mail informing you that we have received the returned product and information about the approval or rejection of the return.
- We refund the purchase price and all other payments no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice using the same means of payment as was used for the original transaction. You can request a refund of the purchase price using other means of payment, provided that no additional costs are incurred.
